TOPSPRAYER EXPIRED™ – this is a completely revised and new book INTERNATIONAL TOPSPRAYER™ edition. The latter book has been out of print for many years, and the new edition is being published after a ten-year statute of limitations has expired. Compared to the previous edition, TOPSPRAYER EXPIRED™ covers the years 2011 and 2012, contains 176 additional pages, over 200 previously unpublished works, and over 60 new texts.

Chief Police Inspector Dimpfelmoser of the Graffiti Investigation Team explains:

„"Between 2007 and 2010, defendants MOSES and TAPS exchanged their pseudonyms. With the help of an unknown number of other perpetrators, they painted 1,000 passenger cars with graffiti over 1,000 days. In May 2011, they presented their activities in an illustrated book INTERNATIONAL TOPSPRAYER.

However, since no evidence of guilt could be established from this book, the investigation into it had to be definitively closed after ten years, as the statute of limitations had run out under Section 78 of the German Criminal Code (StGB).

After the statute of limitations has expired, MOSES and TAPS in the book TOPSPRAYER EXPIRED now fully admit to all the charges brought against them during the investigation – in words and images. In addition, the suspects supplement the charges with previously unknown photographs and descriptions of actions. Several hundred previously unknown graffiti violations are also documented, especially from 2011 and 2012.“
