1<\/strong>. Delivery of goods<\/strong><\/h4>\n

1.1.\u00a0Buyer<\/em>\u00a0undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
1.2.\u00a0Buyer<\/em>\u00a0undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that\u00a0Buyer<\/em>\u00a0If you are unable to accept the goods yourself, you must inform us by phone or e-mail. In this case\u00a0Buyer<\/em>\u00a0has no right to express\u00a0For the seller<\/em>\u00a0claims regarding delivery of goods to the wrong entity.
1.3. Goods are sent by registered mail or courier (depending on the selected delivery method).
1.4.\u00a0Seller<\/em>\u00a0presents\u00a0For the buyer<\/em>\u00a0goods according to the terms specified in the product descriptions. When\u00a0Seller's<\/em>\u00a0the required goods are not in stock,\u00a0Buyer<\/em>\u00a0informed of the shortage.\u00a0Buyer<\/em>\u00a0agrees that in exceptional cases the arrival of the goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. In such a case\u00a0Seller<\/em>\u00a0undertakes to inform\u00a0Buyer\u00a0<\/em>and resolve any problems that arise.
1.5.\u00a0Buyer<\/em>\u00a0must inform the Seller if the shipment is delivered in damaged packaging, if the shipment contains unordered goods or an incorrect quantity, or if the goods are incomplete.
1.6.\u00a0Buyer<\/em>\u00a0If you notice any damage to the packaging, you must indicate the damage on the delivery note provided by the courier.\u00a0Buyer<\/em>\u00a0must record this in the presence of the courier. Failure to do so\u00a0Seller<\/em>\u00a0is exempt from liability for damage to the goods.
1.7.\u00a0For the buyer<\/em>\u00a0After purchasing a product or service, an order confirmation is sent to the registered e-mail address.
1.8. When purchasing over 100eur. shipping is free.<\/p>\n


2<\/strong>. Return and exchange of goods<\/strong>.<\/h4>\n


2.1.\u00a0Buyer<\/em>\u00a0Upon receipt of the goods, you must inspect them for damage, and if any damage is found, mark it on the consignment note and inform the seller within 1-3 business days. If no damage is observed and no notes are left on the consignment note, the transfer of the consignment and the consignment itself are considered in order.
2.2. Goods purchased online must be returned within 14 working days from the date of delivery. The returned goods and the original packaging must be undamaged (not painted, broken, folded, unused, etc.)
2.3. Sold goods with defects are exchanged or returned in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 4-243 "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods"
2.4.\u00a0Seller\u00a0<\/em>agrees to replace the goods with quality goods or refund the money for the goods only if a defect (fault) is found in the goods.<\/p>\n
