1. Delivery of goods
1.1. Buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.

2.3. Sold goods with defects are exchanged or returned in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 4-243 "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods"
2.4. Seller agrees to replace the goods with quality goods or refund the money for the goods only if a defect (fault) is found in the goods.
3. Product quality, guarantees.
